You may think that the intro session is simply going to be information coming your way, but it is far from it.

This will be your chance to make your first impression with many of the assessors that will eventually dictate whether you make it through to the next stage.

Arrive early

Arrive to the intro session early or at the very least ontime.

This will give you the opportunity to be the first to speak and introduce yourself. Ask the assessors how their day is going, what they got up to at the weekend! Admit your nerves if you wish, just be yourself but make sure that you get noticed.

Have your camera on from the very start unless directly instructed otherwise. Make yourself known!

Ask some questions

Ask some insightful questions or just get the conversation going.

Feel free to speak to any of the other undergrads too, even if the assessors haven't arrived yet, should they join and find you to already be networking and making conversation, this can only help your chances!

Have your camera on

Show some confidence by having your camera on as you connect to the meeting (unless specifically instructed otherwise.
