Again, chronological order.
Do as the form tells you and it should be pretty self explanatory.
Activities and Societies
Here, you should list any responsibilities you held while studying at that institution. Again, with the format of:
- Role held
- Value given
- Experience gained
Description
This is where you can go in-depth with grades and achievements.
For instance, you can list the grade you achieved during your first year at university.
Or the GCSE and A-level results you achieved back at school.
